Returns & Exchanges

At CableOrganizer, we want to ensure your wire management projects are a success by offering a 30-day return window for most unused products in their original packaging. Please note that custom-cut items, such as specific lengths of braided sleeving or heat shrink, are generally non-returnable.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Log into your account or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unused electronics or cable management accessories in their original manufacturer packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our designated returns warehouse using a trackable carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned goods for quality and completeness, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
